IMPAKT acts as a personal data administrator within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. Personal data of employees or entities representing the company, with whom the administrator has business cooperation or who can be interested in such cooperation, was collected from publicly available source that is from National Court Register, Central Registration and Information on Business, websites and profiles on social media.

8. Rights of persons whose personal data are processed

Under the provisions of the Regulation, you are entitled to:

1. request access to your Personal Data; a Data Subject is entitled to obtain confirmation from IMPAKT as to whether Personal Data relating to him or her is being processed, and if it is, he or she is entitled to obtain access to it. IMPAKT will provide you with a copy of your Personal Data subject to processing upon request. For any further copies requested by you, IMPAKT may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs,
2. rectification of Personal Data; you have the right to rectify Personal Data concerning you that is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
3. erasure of your personal data (\"right to be forgotten\"); you have the right to request, provided that there are circumstances prescribed by law, the immediate erasure of personal data concerning you, and IMPAKT is obliged to erase such personal data without undue delay,
4. restriction of the processing of your Personal Data; in this case, IMPAKT shall limit the processing only to the purposes you have specified,
5. portability of Personal Data; you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format the Personal Data concerning you processed by IMPAKT, and you have the right to send such Personal Data to another entity,
6. to object; you have the right to object at any time - for reasons related to your particular situation - to the processing of personal data concerning you, and IMPAKT may be required to cease processing such personal data.
7. lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)

9. Minor

Persons under the age of 18 should not provide us with their personal data without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Without this consent, IMPAKT will not record the data of such persons, process it or transfer it to third parties.
