Your personal data will be at the Administrator’s disposal for the duration of your cooperation with the Administrator or cooperation between the Administrator and the entity for which you work, and later, for the period required by applicable law or the period needed by the Administrator to protect or enforce the Administrator’s rights.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?
You have the right to access your personal data and to correct, supplement, delete, limit its processing, transfer, raise objections and withdraw prior consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing can be made at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the data processing activities that were carried out during the period of your consent.
You have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you claim that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the Regulation.
